Commission Name:   Internship Commission
Commission Information:   It is a commission that provides communication between departments, industry and industry and students, and that conducts, improves and controls the internship activities more effectively.
 

Commission Duties: 

1. In order to increase the internship opportunities of the students of the department, the commission communicates with the public and industrial institutions and collects the information about the internship student quotas and internship opportunities.
2. It carries out a survey to learn the wishes and needs of institutions and organizations that will provide opportunities for internship, and prepares the necessary suggestions for the development of internship opportunities based on the results of the survey and the interviews it has obtained.
3. It sends all information about the students and the place of internship to the IT Committee to store it in a database for future statistical studies and document preparation.
4. In order to monitor the quality and compliance of the internship at the time of interviews, it establishes the necessary inspection mechanism and makes it operational by contacting the companies.
5. At the end of the internship period, it collects the internship books and carries out the evaluation processes and supervises the commissions.
6. It presents its suggestions, requests and needs to the School Administration in a report.
